Just in general, but today he’s acting especially weird, what with the way he keeps hovering behind Add’s shoulder while he performs the routine checkup of Chung’s cannon. He wouldn’t really mind, except Chung’s hair, long as it is now, keeps falling over Add’s back and tickling his neck and it’s distracting.
